We process, pack, and deliver your order within 5 business days (excluding weekends). This includes the time needed for order processing, collection booking, and delivery. Please ensure the delivery address provided is one where you’ll be available during this timeframe.
Once your order is collected by the courier, we will send tracking details via email or SMS for you to monitor your delivery. Please note that BlinkSilk Magnetic Lashes does not take responsibility for lost or misdelivered parcels once handed over to the courier. Double-check your address details at checkout to avoid any issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to blinksilkbyhlumi@gmail.com with photos of the product and a screenshot of your order confirmation. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue!

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 24 hours with photos and your order details. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to our products once they have been used. Always patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
